
Reset want to shine a light on all the amazing things that children and young people from North Somerset do and achieve!
The North Somerset Youth Awards 2026 is here and we are ready to celebrate and share the exceptional circumstances that have been overcome, hardships that have shown great resilience and the magnificent work and achievements children and young people across North Somerset have had. Nominations are now open until Friday 3rd April 2026.
The young people who are picked as a finalists, will be invited to join us at the The Grand Pier on Friday 17th July for the awards ceremony which is set to be a fantastic celebration of all the things young people from North Somerset can do!

Arts and Culture Champion ?
A young person who should be recognised for their achievements or skills in
something creative, artistic, musical, dance, media or drama.
Caring Champion ?
A young person who should be recognised for their care, help, support to another or others.
Environmental Champion ?
A young person who should be recognised for their contribution to nature, wildlife, pollution and sustainability.
Fundraising Champion?
A young person who should be recognised for their initiative and determination to raise funds for an organisation or to help others.
Learning Champion ?
A young person who should be recognised for their achievements relating to any learning both inside or outside of school/education settings.
Sporting Champion ?
A young person who should be recognised for their commitment, skills or fitness in a sport.
Superhero Champion ?
A young person who should be recognised for something they have done to help others, change things or support a charity or group or stepped in when needed.
Team/ Group Champions ?
A group young people who should be recognised for their team work, determination,
supporting each other or achievements.

Service to Children Champion ?
An individual that works with young people and should be recognised for the impact
they had on their lives, for going above and beyond or for making thing better for them
1. Nominate an individual or a team for one of the categories using the nomination form or by sending us an email containing the details of the young person, who they are, how you know them, which category and why they should win.
2. Send in your nomination to admin@resetwsm.co.uk.
3. Nominations are looked at and voted on by a panel of people from the community to decide the final three from each category.
4. Three finalists from each category will be notified by Reset WSM.
5. All finalists will be invited to our Finalists Evening Event where they will meet the team and others finalists.
6. The three finalist from each category will attend the Youth Awards Ceremony Event 17th July 2026 at The Grand Pier where the winners will be announced... A night of celebration!
