We are passionate about giving children and young people opportunities that enable them to grow in confidence, to build on their individual strengths, to show resilience when things are challenging and build their life skills to enable them to become independent, active members of the community.
For anybody to learn, they need to feel safe, respected and supported. Mental well- being is at the heart of everything that we do. Teaching children and young people the strategies to support their well-being as well enabling them to achieve and maintain positive mental health is the number one priority. At Reset WSM, we deliver structured well-being sessions with everyone that we work with.
We value the importance of community interactions and as a community Interest company want to do all we can to include as well as support the community. This includes members of the community coming in to share their knowledge and skills with the children and young people whilst also using the local community for resources and inspiration for our learning.

Gary the Gibbon had no friends,
He would hurt people’s feelings and made no amends,
He teased and bullied,
And called people names,
He wouldn’t let others join his games,
So when Gary was sat home alone,
He realised he was lonely so he called he called his mum on the phone,
“What do I do?” he cried and wailed,
“You have not been kind and at friendship you have failed,”
He thought long and hard about how he could fix the cracks,
This is why everyone has turned their backs,
“Go for a walk- think it through”,
“This is my only advice from me to you,”
He hung up the phone,
In the hopes that after this he wouldn’t feel alone,
Down the street,
Through the road,
He found a poster and it showed…,
“Come to Reset we teach kindness,”
“Weston-Super-Mare is where you’ll find us”,
He took the poster from the wall,
From now until forever he wouldn’t make people feel so small,
He met Kaylee and Candice and Chelsea too,
And when he had met the whole Reset crew,
Gary the Gibbon began to feel brand new,
He cared and had empathy,
It seemed that Gary found a heart,
Now it was time to play his part,
Gary the Gibbon was now loved by all,
Thank God he took that picture from the wall,
People looked up to Gary and his kind heart,
Because nothing is better than a fresh start.
